These terms apply when you use Plint (the website, its apps and its AI generation service). By creating an account or using Plint you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. Your account
- You need an account to create, remix or browse the Remix Feed. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if that is higher.
- One person per account. Don't create accounts to collect extra free tokens.
2. Tokens, plans and payments
- Generations cost tokens: a Plint Flash image 1 token, a Plint Ultra image 3, a sticker 2 and a GIF 8. The cost is shown before you generate, and prices are shown before you buy, in your local currency where available.
- Each plan includes a monthly number of Plint Ultra images (5 on Starter, 100 on Creator, 250 on Pro Studio, 600 on Production). Plint Flash, stickers and GIFs have no separate limit beyond your tokens.
- Fair use: each plan can run a set number of generations at once (1 on Starter and Creator, 2 on Pro Studio, 4 on Production). Paid plans use the priority GPU queue for their first tokens in any 24 hours (30 on Creator, 75 on Pro Studio, always on Production); after that, generations run on the standard queue.
- Starter tokens are released through the month (10 at the start, then 5 a day, up to 50). Monthly tokens on every plan reset on the billing date and don't roll over. Top-up and reward tokens don't expire while your account is open.
- Annual plans are paid once a year at 10% off and include the same monthly tokens, reset each month.
- Reward tokens (for invited friends who start a paid plan, and for remixes of your public creations) are limited per month and can't be exchanged for money. We may withhold rewards gained through fake accounts or self-referrals.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
3. What you create
- As between you and Plint, you own the images, stickers and GIFs you generate, to the extent the law allows ownership of AI-generated content.
- Commercial use of generated content is included with Pro Studio and Production. On other plans, use is personal and non-commercial.
- Starter (free) outputs carry a small watermark, which you must not remove.
- If you make a creation public, you allow Plint and other users to display it in the Remix Feed and to remix its prompt. You can make it private or delete it at any time.
- You give Plint a licence to store, process and display your prompts and outputs as needed to run the service.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Plint to create or share content that:
- sexualises minors in any way, or is sexually explicit;
- depicts real, identifiable people in a sexual, defamatory, deceptive or harassing way;
- promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or hatred against people based on protected characteristics;
- infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights, or impersonates a person or organisation;
- is unlawful where you live or in Australia.
You also must not attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or try to get around token or fair-use limits. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Serious cases may be reported to the authorities.
5. The AI models
Plint runs open-source AI models (FLUX.2 klein, Z-Image Turbo, Wan 2.2 and BiRefNet) under their own licences. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected; review what you generate before relying on or publishing it.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Plint running but don't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change features, models or prices; price changes to an active subscription take effect from your next billing period, after notice.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that can't be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, Plint is provided "as is", and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Closing your account
You can stop using Plint and ask us to delete your account at any time. Unused monthly tokens end with your subscription.
